Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Galactic Cleaning LLC. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and add-on services such as appliance cleaning, laundry, and carpet refresh.

Service details will be agreed upon at the time of booking and confirmed in writing (email, invoice, or contract).

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a fee in the amount of $50 or 10%, whichever is greatest.

• If our cleaners are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a cancellation.

• Reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a fee in the amount of $35 or 10%, whichever is greatest.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• For payment methods we accept : cash, card, check, electronic transfer.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

• Deposits may be required for large jobs or new clients. Deposits are non-refundable if services are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe and accessible environment for cleaners.

• Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special instructions.

• Secure valuables prior to service.

• Provide access to running water, electricity, and reasonable working conditions.

5. Liability & Limitations

• We take great care in our work. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.

• Any damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service.

• We are not responsible for loss of items that were not secured or disclosed.

• Heavy lifting, climbing beyond step ladders, or handling hazardous materials is not included in our services.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and re-clean areas if necessary.

7. Privacy
